Terms of Service

Coachero is a platform that lets independent padel and tennis coaches publish a profile, show their availability, and take bookings from clients.

Coachero is not a coaching provider, a club, or an employer. We do not deliver sessions and we do not supervise them. Every session is an agreement between the coach and the client directly. We provide the tools that arrangement runs on.

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.

An account is either a coach account or a client account. That choice is made once at sign-up and does not change afterwards.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are booking on behalf of someone under 18, you are responsible for that booking.

When a client books an open slot, the agreement to deliver that session is between the client and the coach. Coachero records it and shows it to both sides.

A coach may set their profile to confirm bookings automatically, or to accept or decline each request. Either way, a booking is only confirmed once Coachero shows it as confirmed.

The price shown at the time of booking is the price for that session. Changing your hourly rate later does not change bookings that already exist.

Either the coach or the client may cancel a booking before the session starts. The slot then becomes available again.

If a client cancels a confirmed booking less than 12 hours before it starts, a late-cancellation fee of 5% of the session price is recorded against that booking. This fee is payable to Coachero, not to the coach.

A coach cancelling never triggers a fee, and cancelling a booking that is still awaiting confirmation is always free.

Coachero records the fee. It does not currently collect it automatically.

Payment for a session is currently settled directly between the client and the coach — in cash, by InstaPay, or by Vodafone Cash. Coachero does not process, hold, or transfer that money.

The coach records in Coachero whether a session has been paid for. That record is for your own tracking; it is not a receipt issued by Coachero.

Coachero charges the coach a commission on each completed booking, at the rate shown against each booking in the coach dashboard. Commission is calculated when the booking is made and does not change afterwards.

Coaches are responsible for their own tax on income earned through Coachero.

If you list yourself as a coach, you confirm that you are entitled to work as one, that anything you state about your experience is true, and that you hold any licence, permission or insurance your venue or the law requires.

You are responsible for arranging access to the court or venue you list, and for turning up to sessions you have accepted.

You must keep your availability accurate. Repeatedly failing to honour bookings may result in your profile being unpublished or your account closed.

Turn up to sessions you have booked, on time, and pay the agreed amount to the coach.

Coaching is physical activity. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for judging whether you are fit to do so.

You may review a coach only after a session you booked has finished, and only once per booking.

Reviews must be your honest experience of that session. We may remove a review that is unlawful, abusive, or clearly not about the session it is attached to.

We do not edit reviews to make a coach look better, and coaches cannot delete reviews about themselves.

Your profile, photo, bio and reviews remain yours. By posting them you allow Coachero to display them on the platform, including on public pages that anyone can open without an account.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, and do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

We do not promise that Coachero will always be available, or that using it will get you bookings.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially affects you, we will tell you.

Coachero is responsible for running the platform. It is not responsible for what happens in a session, for the quality of coaching, for injury, for no-shows, or for money that changes hands outside the platform.

Disputes about a session are between the coach and the client. We will help by providing the booking records we hold, but we are not a party to that arrangement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

You can stop using Coachero at any time. If you have upcoming bookings, honour or cancel them first.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misleads clients, or puts other people at risk.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will ask you to accept the new version before you carry on using Coachero.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
